This project is a privately financed infrastructure job. The developer is Buzzi Unicem/Dyckerhoff.
A similar project is under way in the town of Kolomna on Oka inside the old cement plant. The old plant is being reconstructed under the Construction Management by HOCHTIEF Russia. This project is also privately financed by Holcim, Switzerland.
